- THREE WEEK COURSE -
A SUPPORTIVE START TO YOUR ASHTANGA YOGA JOURNEY
Learn the fundamental principles of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and progress seamlessly through the initial postures of the Primary Series. In this course the Ashtanga method will be explained and experienced in an intimate setting. Modifications will be available to accommodate all levels, so no prior experience is required. You will develop a sustainable self-practice with the confidence to move through it at home or in the shala.

COURSE STRUCTURE

Consists of 6 course sessions, plus 2 traditional Mysore classes
​
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8:00 – 9:00AM
Plus join two classes on our regular schedule
